Demoli has been a Physiotherapist for 16 years after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2009. He has added to his skills and experience by working in clinic settings and Cardiac Rehabilitation while continuously adding to his education.

Demoli has achieved his Certificate of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy; Mulligan Concept in 2009, Neurokinetic Therapy in 2015, and Soft-Tissue Management in 2016. In 2017, he completed Concussion Care (Level 1) In 2018 he has taken Cardiac Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and completed Lumbar Spine Treatment through the Robin Mckenzie Institute of Canada. Integrated Dry needling – 2021 TMJ Dysfunction evaluation and Treatment – Cape coral 2024 Vestibular Advanced Assessment and Treatment – 2024 Demoli has assited in hosting TMJ and Vestibular courses at Encore Physio in 2025.
